Danielle Merrow is Broker/Owner of Dynamic Real Estate, LLC in Sioux Falls. She has over 20 years experience working with multi-million dollar businesses as their Financial Officer. In addition she has over 15 years of personal experience in multi-family and commercial buildings in Sioux Falls, and income real estate investing, homes for rent in Sioux Falls, and management. ​ With her extensive background in sales, marketing, accounting, public relations, and project management, she provides excellent customer service to her clients and a first-rate return on their investment. Danielle is a veteran and served in the US Air Force where she received her Associates of Applied Science (AAS) degree from Community College of Air Force. She also has acquired her Bachelors in Business Administration (BBA) degree with a Major in International Finance from University of Alaska Anchorage (UAA).

Joan grew up on a ranch near Long Valley, South Dakota. She moved to Alaska for a short time after graduation, before returning to South Dakota to get married. She lived in Fort Pierre, South Dakota from 1980 until 1999 where she worked for State and Federal Government. She and her husband also trained race horses for several years. She was quite active in fishing and hunting while living in the Pierre area. She likes to spend her leisure time with family and golfing. After moving to Sioux Falls she worked for Concrete Materials for 10 years in the billing and collections departments. ​ She joined the team at Dynamic Services, LLC in 2009, and is currently the Operations Manager for the company since 2011. She became a Broker Associate for Dynamic Real Estate, LLC in the Fall of 2012. Her strong work ethic and attention to detail have proved invaluable in this industry. Her dedication and perseverance will benefit you in finding that perfect home.
