  • Do you accept felons?
    At certain locations we do accept felons, it will be mentioned in the property listing. For available felon friendly rentals, click here: https://www.dynamic605.com/residential-rental-listings University Hills Village is NOT felon friendly.
  • How do I set up a scheduled showing/ tour?
    You will need to apply to one of the available apartments to schedule a tour. We will follow up with you within 24-72 hours once we’ve reviewed your application.
  • How do I apply for a rental?
    You can apply online through our website. Once you have found the home you wish to apply for, click the ‘Apply Now’ button on the rental listing page. You will be prompted to pay your application fee via credit card. We will follow up with you once we have reviewed your application via phone call and/or email.
  • Do you accept pets? How much is pet rent and deposit?
    Certain places accept animals, which will be identified in the apartment/ building listing online. Pet rent and deposit vary depending on place, please review the apartment listing for that information.
  • Do you pre-lease units/ apartments?
    We do not pre-lease any apartments or units. We cannot guarantee a timeline of when certain apartments will be available due to unforeseen damages that may have occurred during the move out process as well as painting and cleaning.
  • How do I pay my rent?
    Login to the online tenant portal day or night and pay rent at your convenience with a variety of online payment options available allowing you to pay rent 24/7 through convenient and secure ways. CONVENIENT AND SECURE WAYS TO PAY: E-Check : link your bank checking or savings account and pay rent directly at no charge - a perfect alternative to paper checks. Set up automatic payment and never worry about missing a rent payment again! Credit Card : pay rent using your credit card for a small online payment fee. Once you’ve signed up for online payments, you can: View your account online 24 hours, 7 days a week Pay from anywhere with internet access Setup automatic payments Sign up for automatic reminder emails Review your payment history In a world where online financial predators seem more and more common, we understand if you have reservations about entering your bank account information online. But fear not! Your information is password protected and all transactions are both encrypted and securely transmitted. We accept cash and checks depending on the apartment you are renting, you will need to pay your rent at our office during our office hours. OFFICE HOURS: Monday - Friday 9:00am-5:00pm
  • How do I make a maintenance request?
    Please log into your Resident Portal to submit a maintenance request. Requests are reviewed Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. If you have a maintenance emergency, please call (605) 336-1717
